- Orders are delivered once per week. The cutoff for weekly delivery is 48 hours before the scheduled day. Late orders will be moved to the next delivery cycle.
- We take utmost care in packaging your produce to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Our responsibility for the condition of your items ends upon delivery to the provided address.
- Upon delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting their Farm Fresh Grocery Box. Claims for missing items must be made within 6 hours of delivery to be considered for a refund or replacement.
- Refunds for quality-related concerns are processed solely at our discretion. We will not issue refunds or accept returns for products altered, handled, or stored improperly by customers after delivery.
- In the case of delivery delays due to extraordinary events beyond our control, our obligation is limited to arranging a new delivery time.
- Delivery disruptions arising from events beyond our control will not result in refunds. Affected deliveries will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.
